Black Gay Talk Show Goes Primetime, Switches Channel/Network Affiliation
Los Angeles (PRWEB) August 29, 2005
In mid-July, The Herndon Davis Reports, http://herndondavis.com, debuted to an early morning yet faithful audience longing to see its existence. On Thursday night, Sept. 1, the show will begin airing in primetime inside the homes of millions of Americans, once again making history.
The worldÂs first weekly, black gay focused, TV talk show will now start broadcasting on both satellite and cable systems during television’s most lucrative and audience rich timeslot, primetime.
By switching its affiliation to The Healthy Living Channel, http://www.healthylivingtv.com/, the show can now be seen Thursday nights on the Dish Network, Channel 223 and eventually on cable affiliates in Tampa, Philadelphia, and in other select digital cable markets across the country, eventually totaling a combined audience reach of 17 million households.
ÂThis is truly a blessing and a miracle says Davis. ÂTo be affiliated with the Healthy Living Channel, which promotes action by providing people with the tools of how to live healthier, happier, and prosperous lives, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or sexual orientation is simply amazing he adds.
Davis self-titled program is described as empowering, inspirational, and entertaining as it draws mass attention to the issues as well as the individuals within the black gay/lesbian community.
ÂRegardless of your race or sexual orientation, if youÂre willing to gain insightful information about a group of people you may know little about, then this show is for you. And if you desire to see stories of progress, inspiration, and empowerment about a group of people who are thriving within their own skin, despite the staggering odds against them, then this show is most definitely for you!Â
The Herndon Davis Reports begins airing in primetime on Thursday, Sept. 1, at 9pm/Eastern, 6pm/Pacific.
