Well my girlfriend is going to some self help introduction class tomorrow with her bestfriend. this friend of hers i guess has been going for several months now. i really dont want my girlfriend to go to this thing. It’s for over 3 hours, and she does not need any help like that. She has herself together very well. i dont know any of the people at this thing, and my problem also is that she has no intention of going to this ever again. I told her i was concerned about her going, and did not feel comfortable with it, and she is still going. I feel very frustrated that she did not even think twice about it. We have been dating for over a year, and I would think that by now if neither one of us wants the other to do something….we shouldnt. what should i do? we got into a fight about it last night, and i feel disrespected, and afraid of this freakish sounding class.
its called compromising in a relationship. and i was not asked to go. this class has no value to her friend either, since she already knows whats going on. my girlfriend has a hard time saying no to her friends because she is afraid of them being mad at her. dont harp on me, i asked for advice, not for you people to jump on me, so in that case keep your opinion to your damn self.
thanx daisy. i doubt its anything like Dr.Phil. this thing is over 3 hours long. i would know if there was something wriong with her….we can read eachother like a book.
