Five Lac really works. If you have indigestion (heartburn) it will change the pH of your stomach so that you do not have too much stomach acid. If your body has too much yeast living in it, it digests it. The first few days are a little gassy, but then you will experience good bowel movements after a few days, and this lasts. Take it if you have irritable bowel syndrome too. It is a little expensive because you have to keep taking it, but well worth it for the health benefits. After taking boxes and boxes, your system will be repopulated by a benneficial bacteria and you will not have to take as much. Stay healthy and get healthy! This product caused heart palpatations, dizziness and lightheadedness. After 3 weeks on it, I had to discontinue use.

I was hoping this would work for me but finally had to go back to doc to get yeast help. Tasted good as a nutritional suppliment however.

I AM UNCERTAIN IF THIS PRODUCT IS EFFICIENT SINCE I HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM OTHER THAN YEAST. IT TASTE WELL AND EASY TO FOLLOW REGIMEN REQUESTED. AS FAR AS RELIABILITY TO THE ISSUE AND PURPOSE, THAT REMAINS TO BE QUESTIONED?
