How Do You Ease Back Pain Quickly And Without Drugs Of Any Sort?

I am a Tech. Intelligent Light Head for my theatre and because of that, I have to sit on a metal stool for about 4 hours straight. I can’t switch to a chair because then I cannot see over my monitor to see my lights and moving the machines are not options. Sitting in this position really takes a number on my back and shoulders. Does anyone have a technique for easing the pain?

    Or here is a good cheap heat source.
    Fill a gym sock up with dry rice ( the cheapest cooking type)
    Tie off the end
    Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds
    check to make sure it’s not too hot
    apply as needed and reheat as often as you want.
    Don’t throw it away. As long as the rice stays dry you can use it for months

  2. Put some warmth on it. Take a warm shower/bath, use a heating pad or water bottle, or buy one of those heating pain relief pads, you can find them at most stores.
