Question by Champ: Is there a procedure that can help fix bulging discs in the lower back…?
I’ve heard its like “microscopic surgery” where they go in and fix your back. Do you know what it is? If not, do you know of any procedure that doesn’t take many appointments, other than surgery?

For prolapsed disc there are several surgical methods.
1. Routine old method – Laminectomy and disc removal. need more rest post surgery.
2. Mini laminectomy – little less morbidity.
3. Micro-endoscopic disc removal – just a key hole surgery, can be done as day care procedure, minimal rest at home. Best procedure now a days but all type of disc prolapse can not be removed by it.
