My friend told me some stories, it is said that if you keep saying for fun this girl or that girl is your wife, sooner or later she will become your wife, is this an urban legend or myth or is this for real??

It’s not for real, exactly. If you want someone that badly that means you are going to try and get that person. So that person may become your wife for that reason.
