  1. One feng shui tip I know is that your end of your bed should not point towards the bathroom to prevent bad luck.
    Hope that helps.

  2. mine is not simple. sorry. but if you do it right, then you can be happy with the results.

    - measure the main front door of house (not bedroom), and plot out the flying star chart of house; use this to know whether your bedroom is in a location with good energy
    - superimpose the chart of the house onto your bedroom, push your bed (or the space where you live more) on the side/ corner where there is good energy (flying stars) and good for you based on 8 mansions method, this way, you can energy 2 good things
    - with 8 mansions method, use the main front door of the house to know if living in that house you will be effortlessly happy

you can learn these methods by getting books by lillian too, eva wong or joey yap

some simple things, but these wont have any significant effect on your life:
    - do not put any water like fish tanks
    - do not put any reflective surfaces that reflects your bed directly like mirrors; mirrors are better inside a cabinet door
    - it is better if the bathroom is outside your bedroom or buffered by another room like a dresser; if your bedroom has an adjacent bathroom then this can be bad for your health
    - altars also are not good for the bedroom, put them inside the cabinet
    - imagine a straight line going thru the toilet bowls from the front outward and from its back outward intersecting all walls. your bed, bedroom’s door, main front door, should not be in this path. it can be fatal to your health.

in fengshui, the most important is always the main front door of the house bec this receives the energy from the outside, have this right, and you can have a better life.

next important is where you put the kitchen for money.

bedroom is not necessarily for health. because if the front door of the house is favorable to you, and your bedroom is located in an area with good energy and this location is also favorable to you, then you can be healthy and happy. but if it is not, then there is little you can do without moving your bedroom or do some renovations.

  3. Business people as well as common folks throughout the world improve all aspects of their lives using Feng Shui. Although the exact origins of feng shui are debatable, it is thought to have originated in China about five thousand years ago. According to Feng Shui cultural and social issues are influenced by natural, metaphysical and cosmological factors.

Anyone that has researched Feng Shui history knows that this level of interaction between all things is the theory of chi. Although chi is present everywhere, it pools in special places which are very auspicious in feng shui. When a less than auspicious placement occurred, Feng Shui cures were sought to change the flow of energy. This inclusion of nature into the living environment is the first point in Feng Shui and it provides solid ground for higher levels above. The art of Feng Shui is the balancing of energies through adjusting the relationships of particular items in the environment. In Feng Shui, a home and family were lucky if they were blessed to be placed in the most auspicious surroundings.
