Can My Chiropractor Send Me A Bill From More Than 2 Years Ago?

Stating that his computer system had made a mistake and overlooked some of his patients billing statements my chiropractor has sent me a bill for $70.00. At the time I had made it abundantly clear to him that if my insurance wouldn’t cover the work I wouldn’t be able to afford to have the work done. After each session I paid my co-pay.
This comes off as highly unprofessional. This was not my computer error. Am I obligated to pay for this?
