Question by Jbn555: is Richard Trudeau’s weight loss “cure” legitimate?
I saw an interview with Richard Trudeau and someone about his books on weight loss yesterday. He claims you lose 1 lb. a day and lose fat not muscle and will not have cravings to eat.
He claims you won’t feel deprived. He claims you will resculpt your body. Do you know if any of these claims are true?
