Hello!
I would like to write something like:
[...] “I’m sorry if I raise this problem with you, I’m complaining about the fact in my part of the world people get very old because we have access to good medications, while in your country an average citizen just hopes to get basic health service”.
Can you improve it?

instead of “people get very old” you could say “people live much longer” or “the life expectancy is much higher”
