Is There A Chiropractic Orthogonist Here In The Phillippines Who Uses An Atlas Orthogonal Instrument?

i’ve been suffering from a chronic neck pain and i’ve watched THE DOCTORS at lifestyle channel about this wherein a chiropractic orthogonist used an atlas orthogonal instrument to re-align the atlas(the bone on your neck) which is painless and does not need to manipulate your neck to relieve the pain. I badly need the same procedure cause the pain is really killing me. Thanks.
