Obama’s stimulus according to him is supposed to “Create or Save” 3 to 4 million jobs. OK, first off…he’s lying..but let’s set that aside. How can one quantify a “Saved” job? You can’t meaning, even if unemployment goes to 30%…Obama can claim…and you would likely believe him that he “Saved” 4 million jobs.

But I will even set that aside for a moment and let’s deal with the straight math. Let’s say the plan works perfectly and Obama’s created 4 million jobs that we spent $ 790 BILLION DOLLARS to create.

$ 790 BILLION DOLLARS divided by 4 million jobs = $ 197,500.00

That means that each of those “Sweet Government Jobs” that you love so much cost the US Taxpayer (That would be me) $ 197,500.00 EACH to “Create” and that is if Obama’s plan works absolutely flawlessly and does the absolute MAXIMUM that Obama predicts. But don’t forget, Joe Biden even says this plan
has a 30% chance of failure and guess what…MOST ECONOMISTS AREN’T EVEN THAT OPTOMISTIC!

Finally, can you tell me the last time Amtrack actually made a profit? I’ll give you a hint…Woodstock hadn’t happened yet! In fact…the Beatles hadn’t come to America yet either!

The order encourages federal agencies to have construction contractors and subcontractors enter project labor agreements. Those agreements require contractors to negotiate with union officials, recognize union wages and benefits and generally abide by collective-bargaining agreements.
It’s not a “Signing order”…it’s an Executive Order…Big Difference! You really should learn what these things are and what wieght they carry before you decide to debate me on them and their purpose.

The bill does not state what would qualify as a “demonstrated record”, so we can expect medical schools and the other entities to do whatever they think they can get away with to train as many “individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups” as they think they might need to have a better “demonstrated record” in this regard then other entities competing for the grants and contracts. The Democrats’ health care bill creates a very significant financial incentive for medical schools and other entities to lower admission standards for “individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups” if that is what it takes to have the winning “demonstrated record”.

On page 879-880, the bill states that the Secretary of Health and Human Services

“shall make grants to, or enter into contracts with, eligible entities . . . to operate a professional training program in the field of family medicine, general internal medicine, general pediatrics, or geriatrics, to provide financial assistance and traineeships and fellowships to those students, interns, residents or physicians who plan to work in or teach in the field of family medicine, general internal medicine, general pediatrics, or geriatrics.”

On page 881-882 the bill states:

“In awarding grants or contracts under this section, the Secretary shall give preference to entities that have a demonstrated record of the following: . . . Training individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups or disadvantaged backgrounds.”

On page 883 the bill states:

“The Secretary shall make grants to, or enter into contracts with, eligible entities . . . to operate or participate in an established primary care residency training program, which may include-(A) planning and developing curricula; (B) recruitment and training of residents; and (C) retention of faculty.”

On page 884-885 the bill states:

“In awarding grants and contracts . . . the Secretary shall give preference to entities that have a demonstrated record of training . . . individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups or disadvantaged backgrounds . . . .”

On page 887-889 the bill states that the

“Secretary shall make grants to, or enter into contracts with, eligible entities . . . to operate a professional training program for oral health professionals, to provide financial assistance and traineeships and fellowships to those professionals who plan to work in or teach general, pediatric, or public health dentistry, or dental hygiene, to establish, maintain, or improve academic administrative units (including departments, divisions, or other appropriate units) in the specialties of general, pediatric, or public health dentistry, to operate a loan repayment program for full-time faculty in a program of general, pediatric, or public health dentistry.”

On page 889-890 the bill states:

“In awarding grants or contracts under this section, the Secretary shall give preference to entities that have a demonstrated record of the following: . . . Training individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups or disadvantaged backgrounds.”

On page 908-909 the bill states: “The Secretary shall award grants and contracts to eligible entities” to do the same things for the field of public health as the Secretary can do for dentistry.

On page 909 the bill states:

“In awarding grants or contracts under this section, the Secretary shall give preference to entities that have a demonstrated record of the following: . . . Training individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups or disadvantaged backgrounds.”

Apart from the legality of such preferences under the U.S. Constitution and the 1964 Civil Rights Act, and the unfairness to those who are not “individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups”, the Democrats’ policy will foster the racial preference climate that continues to stigmatize and demean those individuals who receive the preferences. For example, if you know nothing else about two university students, except that one was probably admitted under a program where intellectual standards were reduced and the student received a preference for being the child of an alumnus, and the other was admitted under more rigoro

The health care plan that President Obama has proposed will do nothing to solve our health care crisis.  All the plan will do is help those who now have sickness or diseases to help them pay for their treatment and prescription drugs.

Now you might say well that’s what it should do, shouldn’t it?  Well you are right it will help do that but that doesn’t solve our health care crisis.  The only thing that will finally solve that problem is education.

What I mean by that is you need to teach people what they must do to be healthy and stay healthy.  My proposal is to establish health learning centers in various cities all over the country.

In those learning centers people would learn about healthy diet procedures, proper exercise, weight control, stress management and mind control.  The staff that would run these centers would be people who would be highly qualified to teach the various methods of good health care practices.

I know however that this is probably a proposal that will never come about because of such strong resistance from Big Pharma, the medical community and even Congress.  It seems the biggest reason it won’t is because creed is more important to them then our citizen’s health condition.

I become very angry and saddened that this kind of attitude has become part of our culture today.  As a senior citizen I can remember in the past when the government and the medical community were more caring then today.  As for as Big Pharma their existence was barely known back then.

Just yesterday, July 1st, I watched President Obama’s address at the town hall meeting in Annandale, Virginia.  I usually don’t listen to any of his rhetoric because he is just like the typical politician that, I don’t believe, has the interest in our beliefs at heart.

However I turned on CNN while I was having lunch to see what the latest news was and they happened to be carrying this town hall meeting.

After listening for a while, I was about ready to turn off the TV but when he was ready to open up questions from the audience I decided to stay tuned.  What really caught my attention was a lady in the audience who they had given a microphone to her to ask a question.

With tears in her eyes and difficulty talking she relayed to the President her sad story about her sickness and her inability to pay for her medical insurance or doctor visits.  I never really heard the seriousness of her ailment because she was so distraught she had difficulty talking clearly.

Then Mr. Obama had her come close to him, hugged her and assured her that her problem would be taken care of by his illustrious health care plan.  His remarks even made me sick at my stomach because of the great things he said it would do for everyone.

His ineffective health care plan is no more than a band aid treatment for her ailment or anyone else which is the same kind of band aid treatments anyone gets from their doctor and Big Pharma every day.

According to her, whatever her ailment was to begin with, she now has other ailments to contend with which are even bigger problems than the ones she started out with.

So here is just one person in several million whom are crying out for solutions to their health problems and still not getting the right answers to solve them.  And as I previously stated, health education is the only answer to solve people’s illnesses and diseases.

Since I believed the government, Big Pharma or the medical community will never help solve this gigantic health crisis, I and many others who preach alternative healing methods are left with the duty to spread their beliefs far and wide.

I can tell you this; I will never quit preaching my beliefs as long as I am physically and mentally able to do so.  It’s my strong passion and I spread my beliefs in my website, my blog, my 6-lesson ECourse and many articles I write and submit to directories.

Just recently I heard Mr. Obama say that because Big Pharma is interested in his health care plan, they are willing to invest billion to support it.  I find that real interesting.  Do you believe that they are really interested in solving America’s health problem or are their interest in what they might get in return for their investment?
