My five small “meals” of today:

1) Vegan cereal with almond milk
2) Asparagus with sauted onions and tomatoes
3) Fresh Sliced oranges and strawberries
4) Celery sticks with Peanut butter
5) Mixed Vegetables and steamed brocolli with sauted onions and red pepper flakes

Im a new vegan so im trying to make sure my diet is healthy and im covering food groups,
while trying to lose weight simultaneously.

Not balanced enough! You’re lacking calcium/ dairy, and protein.
Try this.
1) Cup of vegan cereal/ steel cut oats with 250mL almonds milk.
2) Asapargus/ onions/ tomatoes sauteed in tbsp olive oil/ margerine and herbs/ spices, and 1/2 cup brown rice/ couscous or quinoa*.
3) Cup of greek nonfat yoghurt with 1/2 cup berries.
4) Banana/ apple or celery with 2tbsp natual peanut butter.
5) Baked beans (in tomatoe sauce/ brown sugar or spices/ vegetarian chili) with 1/4 cup shredded cheese ~ 2oz. and cooked vegetables/ salad- tbsp dressing.
OR ..
Quorned vegetarian meat (ie: boca burger- wholewheat bun/ chikn/ ground quorn/ etc ..) with sweet potato/ potato or brown rice/ couscos or quinoa with cooked vegetables.
