1.Is it ok/healthy for a teenage guy to skip meals occasionally, based on a typical 3 or 4 meal a day eating habit?

2.How about every time he feels that he doesn’t want to overeat?

its ok to miss 1 or 2 meals a day if your used to 4. however do not miss breakfast or dinner. those meals are extremely important. i am also a teenage male and i swim for 2 hours a day plus other activities. my matabalism is very fast so i need to eat every cuple hours. but mainly i only hav dinner and breakfast as major meals and my doctor says i am extremely healthy. i hope this helps
