Question by answer chick: i feel so guilty! is this healthy??
ok i am thirteen years old, 5 ft 4, 94 lbs! im not trying to gain or lose weight but just stay healthy fit! im trying to eat 1500 calories a day so will you people please tell me if i ate too much of the wrong foods??
ok so today ive been eating every couple of hours but not really any “meals”. just little snacks every two hours or so. so today i ate:
-one yoplait lite yogurt
-one can sugar free peaches
-15 strawberries
-one piece of whole wheat plain toast
-one chicken finger
-one 100 calorie lowfat ice cream sandwhich
-one 300 calorie fruit smoothie with xtra protein (45 grams of it)
thats what i ate today! did i eat healthy??? what should i eat for dinner thats balanced and healthy?? should i eat another snack before dinner? it’s 4:00 right now.

The chicken finger isn’t too healthy, you should have had unbattered chicken breast or something to that effect.
You didn’t eat bad at all. The ice cream sandwich is ok because if you don’t allow yourself some kind of treat you may fall of the wagon completely!
For supper, I think you should have a big salad and some lean meat for protein. It doesn’t look like you had any veggies today, which isn’t that great!!!
