I was looking in a magazine and saw an add for Skechers and it says “design to promote weightloss tone muscles and improve posture” this is the webtsite for it : http://www.skechers.com/shoes-and-clothing/styles/trends/skechers_fitness/product/shape_ups_-_action_packed/ccbk/

So has anyone ever tried? do they really help u lose weight?

listen, no shoes can help you lose weight. the only shoes that can are comfy ones, so you can jog, walk, and do things in them.
