Question by BOBO: Would you consider the below mentioned elimination…?
…of federal agencies, to be a realistic or unrealistic step in reducing the size & the cost of federal government within the USA? …

(1) Dept. Of Education?

(2) Dept.Of Human health Services?

(3) Environmental Protection Agency.

Sense all fifty states already have a “Board Of Education”, DSHS, & Dept. Of Ecology, why have the “FED” involved with their increasing problem of redundancy & increased costs???
I can not say with certainty, but I would imagine eliminating the above mentioned three unconstitutional agencies from the “taxpayers” wallets would save millions a year, possibly billions in taxation redundancy yearly regarding the American taxpayer.
It is now obvious that Americans can no longer afford expanding & non regulated federal government agencies, as this problem is why America is now bankrupt. If the above three fed agencies are NOT your pick for termination, which other three fed agencies would you pick to replace them for termination?

Considering the choices you mentioned in your question, I would pick DSHS. That’s not a dept you need in the Fed. Education, yes, there may be federal decisions made regarding that, so it can stay. EPA, also yes, it can stay, as USA has a lot of work to do to catch up to the rest of the world in environmental standards. I would say DSHS is the odd one out here.
