Hi everyone! I am 5’1 and weigh 130. I want to get down to my wieght before college-115. What would be a good exercise and diet plan to get down to that by summer? I would like to start off light-exercise wise. I also want to watch what I eat but I need food thats still tasty. I love food and get burned out on just salad and “diet food”. Any suggestions or plans that worked for you would be greatly appreciated!!

No ‘diet’ is really going to make a difference unless you work out, exercise what ever.. You need activities to burn the fat. Only advice I have for you is eat your normal healthy meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.. don’t skip any meals (breakfast generally is o.k to skip).
And if you are hungry a lot, snack on fruits, chew gum, or drink water.
Annyyways, pick up a sport with a friend.. Go running every day before or after school.. Do a miniature workout every day before you goto sleep (sit ups, crunches) of the sort.
All in all, eat healthy amounts.. Never eat very little when it comes to big meals.. Reason being is your body is used to a certain amount of food when eating.. So when you eat less then normal your body will start freaking out–so the next time you eat it will store some of the food away as fat just encase.
And get active! Can’t loose weight unless you burn it with actives that require effort.
