    This book contains many really good stretches that help alleviate pain and some which help to get you going in the morning. The author made all the written directions very clear and easy to follow. The photos are also very helpful. I’ve been using these stretches for several months, and enjoy them.

    This is a great book to own – if you do some of the exercises everyday, you’ll feel the difference. Of course it’s also handy to have around for when you just need to get rid of a pesky backache once in a while. I bought lots of these and gave them to people I cared about who often had back problems – that’s how much I like this book.

    I bought this book hoping that it would help eliviate alot of joint pain I have. Yes, it did exactly that, and I’ve been very faithfully using it for a few years now. Dr. McGill give alot of very do-able stretches that take very little time, but make a huge difference in how I feel for the rest of the day. I also love the exercises he shows to do on one of those balls, either medicine big ones, or smaller. I take this book with me when I’m traveling, just in case I forget the stretch for whatever body part I need it for. That’s how invaluable this book is to me!
