    This is a terrific therapeutic neck compress. Its shape is just right and it doesn’t have that rice-type smell you can get after microwaving wraps filled with natural materials. The shape is far superior to a plain cylindrical wrap–no bunching of the filling at the ends, and it conforms to the neck. I have one of these at work and one at home.

    Fits better for smaller person than the other Thermalon neck wrap. The material is softer and more flexible. Try tying it behind your back (via armpits) instead of around the front of neck so that it doesn’t choke you. Works great. I love the Thermalon products. I use it for thoracic outlet syndrome before stretching– really helps to relax and soften the muscle, fascia.

    Due to overly straining my achilles tendon in the past playing volleyball and running long distance I need to ice it everytime after running or exercising. I keep the compress in the freezer and pull it out when I need it. I had used this thermalon product before at a friend’s place and was immediately impressed, and I knew what I was buying. The soft material and the gradual way in which it ices make it a very pleasant product. I used to put some ice cubes in a plastic bag, what a hassle and what a mess…. Spending the not even $40 is definitely worth it.

    I love the fact that this is so portable. I even take it to work! It feels really good when warmed in the microwave for a minute and 1/2. I haven’t used it cold, but that would probably be good to, I just like the heat.
