this is how i am on a daily basis, plus on days off i am usually laying around, and not using my body at all. a lot of back exercises don’t give relief, and other than massage which i really don’t have the time or money for, there is really not many places to turn. any other tips?
It’s like you have very tight pec major and pec minor, and probably tight latimuss dorsi. If you feel this tightness on both sides of your body then you are probably tight on both sides. Especially if you have poor posture.
hey i have upper back pains aswell as my chest feeling really tight and heavy, do you know what this is? I admit i have a bad posture but im not overweight or anything. it feels like my muscles have just tightened loads
