    While there can be no excuses made for the failure of our civilizations unprecedented wealth of technological means today to establish a baseline of human entitlements, shelter, food, clean water, life sustaining medicine, or the insatiable greed of the bosses who set that slave stage, we should be cautious not to allow our impatience or desperation for sustainable change or profit to lead to potentially devastating mistakes in shortcutting those problems. Frankenfood? Live forever like THAT?
