What Can Cause Pain On The Right Pelvic And Right Lower Back Area?

During sex last night during deep penetration the lower right side of my stomach were the ovaries are had a pain. I got up to pee and then the lower right side of my back start to have pain. I’m thinking and hoping its just a muscle spasm, but it hurt so bad. This morning the pain is gone, but I’m scared it will come back.

    sounds like a temporary problem.At most it is only a sprain. You might have twisted your back in some fashion while responding to his lovemaking. If it happens again see a doctor. Have fun and take care

    since it was a muscle spasm, im not surprised it hurt like that but if its not a muscle pain, then i think your describing where your kidneys are at. So if it occurs again, you might want to check it out; i doubt it but it could be a UTI, since you have pain where your kidneys are and they form your urine; but feel better and if you have any other questions, let me know

    Its probley nothing to worry about. You just get into what your doing you dont really think of what position your in, how hard you are working or how much strain your putting on certain areas or muscles. I wouldnt worry about it unless it just just keeps comming back. I get those akes and pains all over when i go hard. And like you its gone the next day.

    obviously, it was down to too much pressure on the inside of you,
    you have just bruised the inside of you. it will hurt for a couple of days. internal bruising. it can be down too not having sex for a while.

    Give it a week for the source to subside, then try again, gently. If the pain is no better see your MD. The answer could not be more simple.

    Could have been a muscle spasm in the lower back placing pressure on your spine. If it comes back you should see your doctor.

    You probably worked yourself too much and got tired, thus you experience muscle aches

    either a nerve is being pinched or the muscle is sore.

    It could be a cyst on your ovary. Check with your doctor.
