Afterwards, there is a letter writing campaign to Washington Mutual, the ones who discovered this illegal alien moocher and reported him. He is in the deportation process.

Omar, the father of 3 children, was then arrested by the Grafton Police Department and subsequently placed into immigration deportation proceedings after spending five months in jail.

Omar, who has finished his five-month sentence in jail, is still fighting to stop his deportation. Since his release Voces de la Frontera has learned that it is West Bend Mutual Insurance’s policy to report undocumented workers to the police so that they can avoid paying workers the thousands of dollars in claims that they are due.

So, do illegal aliens who engage in identity theft deserve workman’s compensation from insurance companies that would force them to raise the rates on legal workers?
Well greasy tony, does that take into account the fact that he obtained the job through identity theft? So, what if I stole your identity, claimed whavever years of experience and training I had and tried to profit off of it? Wouldn’t you want me thrown in jail and deported if I was indeed deportable? Would you want me compensated?

As I have said a number of times, illegal aliens are entitled to humane treatment while being deported and nothing more. Presumably his family are also illegal and should be deported with him. That would be the humane thing to do.

    Well, if Wisconsin covers workers regardless of immigration status, he’s owed that.

    The activists for illegals are selfish and do not care about morals and identity theft all that matters is the illegal comes before any laws and should be allowed to do whatever they want.Lying and stealing are not included in any worker’s rights but to many illegals and activists they are willing to corrupt the laws of America to fit their agenda of taking over the Southwest.

    Identity theft, whether done by a legal or non-legal citizen, is always a crime. Therefore, he should be punished, and obviously deported.

    That’s a stupid law.

    I am totally fine with the illegal alien criminal being deported, even if the company reported him solely to avoid paying the illegal. This is why workers should come to the USA legally so that they will not be abused by their employers. It saddens me that so many on the left in America support illegal alien criminals.

    Can’t you see he is not being denied coverage because of his immigration status, but because of his Identity Theft. But then people like you are incapable of admitting there’s a difference.
