    The feet thing is somewhat accurate. This guy should be telling you that polio victims have sacroiliac problems as a result of leg problems.

  3. Yeah, I always get it after running when my hamstrings are tight.

  4. I think that this is excellent advice. When he talks about foot and ankle problems, tightness in the quads and hamstrings – all leading to SI joint pain, he’s talking about my situation.

    Please inform yourself better about sacroiliac problems before you put a video about it on you tube.

    From someone that after 3 years of wrong treatment has now recovered from SI dysfunction.
