		<description>Well, I can definitely say that none of them would advertise that they do offer free/bartered care if they did (I can&#039;t vouch for the legality of bartering for medical care either), so you probably wouldn&#039;t find one by polling any given group. However, you could probably call up any number of your local Chiropractors and just tell them what you told us and ask if there was any options. Theoretically, the smaller offices might give you the best chance of that being an option, but it might take a lot of cold-calling to find out. Good luck and I hope I helped!</description>
